Micro Tools can manufacture tools with a minimum diameter of φ5μm. "Punches, pins, and discharge electrodes" can be ordered in a minimum lot of 3 pieces. The sizes range from a minimum diameter of φ5μm, with a blade length that is 3 to 100 times the blade diameter. The materials used include ultra-fine particle carbide, DIA/CBN compacts, HSS, and single crystal DIA, among others. Additionally, "ultra-small diameter diamond electroplated tools" are ideal for processing brittle materials such as quartz glass, Birex, other glass types, zirconia, ceramics, silicon materials, and carbide. The sizes have a minimum tip diameter of φ20μm, and the diamond abrasive grain size ranges from #100000 to #40. "Micro cutting tools" can also be ordered in a minimum lot of 3 pieces. The sizes start from a minimum diameter of φ5μm, with a blade length that is 3 to 50 times the blade diameter. The materials are similar to those mentioned earlier, including ultra-fine particle carbide, DIA/CBN compacts, HSS, and single crystal DIA.
